The whole atlas is free and anonymous: every structure, every citation, every species, the comparisons, the paths and the 3D viewer. A membership is for keeping what you find.

Why reading is free and will stay free

A knowledge product behind a paywall does not get linked to, does not get cited and does not become the thing people reach for — and being reached for is this atlas’s entire return. Nothing that costs us a page load is gated.

What a membership adds

Saved views, annotations on structures, comparison sets, citation-set export and API keys over the graph. Those are the things that need somewhere to put them, which is what an account is for.

Institutions

A school or clinic that wants the atlas embedded with their own annotations is an institution arrangement rather than a personal tier. That route exists; ask.

Questions

Is there a Body plan?

No. There is no per-request cost here worth a second subscription, so the extras ride the existing Leumas membership tiers.
