Why this is the interesting screen

A human atlas and a dog atlas built separately cannot be compared, because nothing guarantees the two used the same vocabulary. These run through one species-agnostic model with one closed relationship vocabulary, so a difference between them is a difference in the bodies or in the data — never in the software.

A difference can mean two things

When a structure is present in one species and absent in another, the honest reading is either that the animal does not have it or that this dataset does not record it. Every comparison says which of those it is asserting, because they are not the same claim.
